In order to help maintain the high standard of service, Melinda’s Medical Day Spa and Skincare Clinic’s clients are accustomed to, the following spa policies have been put into place.
 

Spa Etiquette

 

Melinda's Medical Day Spa and Skincare Clinic offers a quiet and soothing spa environment, carefully maintained to lift your spirit and soothe your soul. Please refrain from using cell phones and other paging devices during your spa visit. Our environment is not conducive to babies and young children, so kindly make arrangements to leave them elsewhere while you indulge your senses and enjoy the multitude of pampering services Melinda’s Day Spa has to offer.
 
 

Gift Certificates
 

Gift certificates are available for specific holistic spa & massage therapy services and spa & makeup products, or can be created for a specific dollar amount, giving your recipient the freedom to choose the spa service(s) they desire. Gift certificates can be purchased by visiting our North Myrtle Beach location, by phone at: 843-663-1307, or by visiting our online store. Please schedule the redemption of a spa gift ahead of time; and be sure to bring your gift certificate with you on your day of service.
 
 

Cancellations
 

To ensure excellent service, we require a 24-hour cancellation notice for most services, 48-hour notice for a multiple service booking and a week notice for group bookings. A full fee is charged for all missed appointments. A 50% fee or one session of a spa package is charged for cancellations without the required (24-hour, 48-hour or week) notice.

 
 

Refunds
 

Returned merchandise can be exchanged for store or spa credit only. Exchanges must be made within seven days of purchase in person at our North Myrtle Beach location. All discounted or sale items are final. Sorry, we do not offer cash refunds.

 
 
In order to maintain Melinda's Medical Day Spa and Skincare Clinic's high standards of quality and services, prices or services are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for any personal articles left behind or lost in the establishment.
