Our environment is not conducive to babies and young children, so kindly make arrangements to leave them elsewhere while you indulge your senses and enjoy our multitude of pampering services. |

Gift Certificates |

Gift certificates are available for services and products, or for a specific dollar amount. They can be purchased by phone (843-663-1307) or email. Please schedule the redemption of a spa gift ahead of time, then bring your certificate with you on your day of service. |

Cancellations |
||||
|
To ensure excellent service, we require a 24-hour notice for most services, 48-hour notice for multiple services and a week for group bookings. A full fee is charged for missed appointments. A 50% fee or one session of a package is charged for cancellations without the required (24-48 hour) notice. |

Refunds |

| Returned merchandise can be exchanged for store or spa credit only. Exchanges must be made within seven days of purchase. All discounted or sale items are final. Sorry, we do not offer cash refunds. | ||||
